The Priory Players Present Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka!
Performances take place during the following dates and times:
- Friday, November 17th at 7pm
- Saturday, November 18th at 7pm
- Sunday, November 19th at 2pm
Tickets will be $5 for students and $10 for adults. Tickets can be purchased with a card on this page, and can be purchased with cash/check at the door!
The delicious adventures experienced by Charlie Bucket on his visit to Willy Wonka's mysterious chocolate factory light up the stage in this captivating adaptation of Roald Dahl's fantastical tale. Featuring the enchanting songs from the 1971 film starring Gene Wilder and new songs by Leslie Bricusse (Jekyll & Hyde, Doctor Dolittle) and Anthony Newley, Roald Dahl's Willy Wonka is a scrumdidilyumptious musical guaranteed to delight everyone's sweet tooth.

The Priory Players perform an all-school musical in November, an upper-school play in March, and a middle-school play in May. The Priory Players hold auditions for all performances and sign-ups for the pit-orchestra and tech crews. Auditions and other important announcements are sent via the school bulletin and during morning announcements. The Priory Players is the oldest, longest-standing extra-curricular organization at St. Anselm’s Abbey School!
